Sea Buckthorn and Apple Porridge

The dairy and gluten free sea buckthorn porridge gives a nice boost to your day!
4.5 dl water
1.5 dl potato groat
0.5 tsp. salt
0.75 dl Bonne Sea Buckthorn-Apple Purée
0.5 dl sugar (extra fine)
250 g whipping oat cream
Measure the water into a pan and bring to a boil, add salt, and slowly mix in the grains.
Simmer for approx. 8 minutes stirring throughout. Turn off the heat and leave the pan on the burner for another two minutes, stirring intermittently.
Add the sugar and Bonne Sea Buckthorn-Apple Purée, mix with a hand-held electric mixer. Add the oat cream and mix until fluffy for approximately 2 minutes.
Let rest for a moment. Serve with Bonne Apple Purée or add a dash of cinnamon.
Works great as a dessert. You can prepare the porridge the day before and portion into dessert bowls. Store in the refrigerator.
