Rosehip & Orange Margarita

200 g Bonne Premium Rosehip Purée

100 g Bonne Premium Orange Juice


juice of ½ lemon

1 egg white

15 g agave syrup / maple syrup

ground rose salt for decoration

1 ½ dl ice cubes

Combine all ingredients cold, mix in a blender until smooth. Make a salt rim on a cocktail glass (put a thin layer of rose salt on the table, wipe the rim with a slice of lemon, and dip the rim into salt). Pour the drink in a glass, and decorate with a rosehip, for example.
