Blueberry Waffles
8 pcs
2 dl milk
2 dl Bonne Premium Blueberry Purée
2 eggs
3 dl wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
50 g of melted butter or canola oil
In addition:
oil or drizzle butter in a waffle pan
For serving:
whipped cream
Bonne Premium Blueberry Purée
Measure the milk and blueberry purée into a bowl. Break in the eggs and stir.
Stir in the wheat flour-baking-powder-salt mixture and finally the melted butter or canola oil. Let the dough swell for half an hour before baking. Put a pinch of butter or canola oil in a hot waffle pan and place a scoop of dough in the middle. Bake in a beautiful color. Serve with whipped cream and Bonne Blueberry Purée.
