Mango Tonic

1 serving

200 g Bonne Premium Mango Purée

100 g curds

50 g good-quality tonic water (e.g. Fentiman’s or Fever Tree)

15 g maple syrup

20 g citrus juice

1 ½ dl ice cubes

Combine all ingredients cold, mix in a blender until smooth. Decorate with ice cubes and a sliver of lemon peel.
