Mango Lassi

1 large serving or 2 small

Lassi is an Indian yoghurt drink, suitable for breakfast or as a snack. On a summer day, you can serve it as a thirst quencher or a bit of extra energy.

Mango Lassi

2 dl Bonne Premium Mango Purée
2 dl natural yoghurt
2 tbsp condensed milk or cane sugar syrup

Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
