Gummy Bears

50 g sugar
20 g gelatin powder
1 ½ dl Bonne Blueberry Juice drink

Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat to 80 degrees Celsius.
Let the mixture cool down for a moment, until it reaches 60 degrees Celsius.
Move the mixture into a small jug and pour it into gummy bear molds.
Place the molds in the refrigerator overnight to set.
Remove the gummy bears from the molds and serve.
