Ginger & peach chicken in the oven

about 500 g of chicken fillet
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown or coconut sugar
3-4 dl Bonne Premium Peach Purée
3-4 dl whipped cream or food cream
1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds

On the surface:

fresh coriander

Bring the chicken fillets to room temperature about half an hour before cooking. Peel and chop the garlic cloves and ginger. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chicken fillets on both sides. Add garlic and ginger. Season with salt. Add soy sauce, brown or coconut sugar and whipped cream or food cream. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes. Put the chicken fillets and sauce in an ovenproof dish and cook at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets. Finish the food with fresh coriander.

Serve with boiled rice.
