Creamy Mango Chicken

4 portions

600 g chicken breast fillets
2 dl Bonne Premium Mango Purée
2 dl whipping cream
1 dl vegetable stock
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
garnish with leaf parsley or coriander

Slice the chicken breasts into three pieces. Put butter on a frying pan and quickly fry up the chicken fillets until they get a lovely brown color. Add the vegetable stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Add the mango purée and cream into the pan. Once again, bring to a boil to cook the chicken, but avoid overcooking the meat as it cooks quickly.

Season well and taste. The dish should have a rich flavor with sweetness, saltiness, and creamy richness. Serve the creamy mango chicken with rice.
