Mulled Bilberry Juice
4 portions
1 l Bonne Premium Bilberry Juice
1–2 cinnamon stick
1–2 star anise
10 cloves
a few kumquats OR 1 tsp. of zest from a well-washed orange
Measure the Bonne Bilberry Juice into a pan and add the cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves. Add some kumquats or grate some zest from a well-washed orange into the mixture. Heat slowly for 10–15 minutes or so. Strain out the spices and pour into glasses.
