Mango Sorbet
5 dl Bonne Mango Purée
4 dl 77% sugar syrup
5 g xanthan
Pour the mango purée into a blender and mix in the sugar syrup and xanthan.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it into the freezer overnight.
Scoop the sorbet and serve.
